Nest is a foundational, group integration container for family who are tired of wandering out in the world alone trying to heal and grow and be your favorite self without a village.

Nest is for people going through a challenging transition, struggling with self-sabotage, stuckness, processing a loss, or otherwise needing to recalibrate your whole being in a soft and gentle way.

Nest is a safe space to integrate your plant medicine experiences, no matter how difficult or weird your journey has felt. All the medicine of life is welcome here.

Nest is not fancy. Or conceptual. Or complicated. There is no secret handshake or kind of specific healing you need to want to do.

Nest is foundational and simple. It's everything you need to feel ready to root into a deeper experience of yourself.

THE DETAILS

✅ Group Membership Program filled with spaciousness and ease, where you get to take the time you need to fully integrate and digest the curriculum while getting regular support inside our group sessions. You are never more than a week away from a family circle of care. Join for a month, stay for a year or longer. You're the boss. 

✅ Weekly Coaching and Elevation Sessions with Sinclair – Gather with your spirit family to be seen and witnessed, to be held and to hold space, and get coaching on WHATEVER you need support with (relationships, money, career, business, integration, trauma, fear, anger, emotional entanglements, health issues, self-sabotage, addiction, limiting beliefs, stuckness, imposter syndrome... everything is welcome!)

Some weeks we will do deep dives into an activity or exercise, other weeks will be rituals, teaching, connection, and coaching. We will co-create the container together each week based on the needs of the group. Calls will be 1 hour each week.

We will begin meeting Wednesdays at 7pm EST. Call times will be subject to moving monthly so more people can join live across different time zones.
